If you want to conquer your worry, the first step is to identify what you worry often about. List out cases when you silently ask why worry now.

What are the bad events in the past or that may happen in the future that you worry about?
What are these things that keep your mind divided and distracted from focusing on the issues of the present?
Is it the variations of temperature or a change of weather? Do you feel uncomfortable when you are criticized especially by those close to you?
Do you feel humiliated when you are unappreciated and neglected by your friends? Or are you embarrassed in every unusual situation? Do you suffer from chronic indecision? Or you are sleepless because of any mental preoccupation? Is it your family, spouse, children or grandparents that give you great concern? May be it is your job or your new car, your new home?
