The Christian Life.

Christian life is the only real life. It is the life of faith, and total commitment in service to God and to the needy. It is the only good life.

Are you living the good life? Not so sure. You can find out

First of all if you are like majority of people, you are asking for the meaning of life.

You have a feeling you need to discover your real purpose in life.

You hunger and thirst for the true meaning of life?

You can be sure of one thing. You are not alone.

In today's world many people have in general lost any good sense of direction. They wander and stumble blindly in the dark.

They have gone far from any familiar landmarks…

Why?

They have abandon the Christian life. They stopped living by faith. They have completely removed the ancient landmark:

“Remove not the ancient landmark, which thy fathers have set.” Proverbs 22:28

They are greatly troubled and perplexed on their downward journey because of the uncertainty on their way.

But again you know it. You can be different. You can get more out of your own life.

You can be more involved with life and find more meaning and greater happiness. You can live a fruitful Christian life.

This you do by getting God into the picture. It will be to your benefit when you get God involve with your life issues.

This is what Christian life is about. It is putting God into the picture. The issue may be big or small.

Yet your heavenly Father is interested. He wants to get into the matters. But He would never break-in uninvited!

But when you decide to let Him in, you will be at peace. You will stop walking through life aimlessly.

Remember there are people who lived this way before you. What can you learn from men and women who lived the good life?

You can find out from your Bible. In Hebrews chapter 11, you discover who they were and what they accomplished by faith.

You can make them your life model:

CONCLUSION:

You can understand the purpose and the meaning of life. But you must return to the old book.

You can always turn to your Holy Bible. It will show you how to live the Christian life.

It is the only book that explains clearly the true meaning and purpose of life.

It shows you how to make your life work. You need not believe in God and his Word the Bible. This is not to make you religious.

It is to make you relate properly with your heavenly Father.

You should link up with the Holy Word because it is the truth, the light and the life….

When you discover God’s purpose for your life, then you will stop leading your life like a rudderless ship.

You would stop being toss left and right by life’s circumstances.

You cannot continue to live at the mercy of the storms and troubles of this violent world. You need a viable shield.

Beware of this: Your opinion or views about things could never shield you from the worries and uncertainties of this world.

Get wisdom and understand this truth.

You can find out the purpose for your life and live it. You can stop “your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers.” 1 Peter 1:18

You can turn even today to a life that works. You can find the meaning and purpose of life.
