Spiritual Growth
Confession of Faith:
Heavenly Father, I thank You that I am growing
spiritually every day. I feed my spirit with the Word of God on a regular basis
so that I can become mature in the things of God. I take time every day to
meditate on the Word and internalize its truths. The Word of God is more vital
than even natural food and provides me with the spiritual nourishment I need to
be sustained. I am a member of the body of Christ and I receive the Word of God
that is taught to me. As a result, I am equipped to grow up spiritually and do
the work of the ministry. I gain understanding and insight and I separate myself
from those thoughts and behaviors that hinder my growth. I desire the sincere
milk of the Word of God and I grow as a result. I am growing in wisdom every day
and I have the tools I need to live successfully as a Christian. I have the
ability to do great works for the Kingdom of God. I am growing into a strong,
mature Christian who walks in the love of God and imitates Your character. In
Jesus name, amen.
