Power in Jesus name - (Part I)

(Micah 4:5) There is power in the name of Jesus. The name of Jesus is the highest authority in the entire universe.
The name of Jesus is the Most High name. This strongly declares that there is no other name higher, mightier, stronger than the name of Jesus. The name of Jesus never fails. Jesus never fails.

(Philippians 2:9-11) The Bible says, God has given Jesus the name that is above every other name. His name is above all the three realms or world's; the heaven's, the earth, and hell. The name of Jesus has more power than all of heaven and hell together. The angels and demons bow to the name of Jesus alike. Just the mention of the name of Jesus has more power, than all of the devil and his demons. Jesus has the most powerful name in the universe because of his atonement, the shedding of his precious blood to cleanse, sanctify and justify humanity from all sin.

The angel Gabriel declared this to Joseph in (Matthew 1:20-21). The angel said that Jesus will save the world. He will save the people from their sins. And, in result of Jesus' sacrifice on the cross, God{the Father} gave Jesus the most awesome and powerful name. When the seventy disciples were sent out, they came back rejoicing saying that even demons bow and obey them when they use the name of Jesus.

Now you may ask, "What does the name of Jesus do?", "What happens when we take this mighty name?"

The answer's are in the Word of the Living God. The scriptures declare in ( Acts 4:12) - Peter, after healing the lame man who was at the temple gate{called Beautiful}, boldly proclaims the Gospel. He tells the people that there is no other name which provides salvation to mankind. He makes it clear, that salvation is in, and through the name of Jesus, and only Jesus. Peter gives the first sermon after being baptized in the Holy Ghost{Holy Spirit} on the day of pentecost. Peter says no other god can save us. No other god can bring us salvation. No other god can save our soul. There are millions of so-called god's in this world. However, Jesus is the King of kings and Lord of lord's. Jesus saves you. Jesus provides salvation. Jesus heals, delivers, restores all the devil has stolen from you; in and through His mighty name{Jesus} and spirit. Jesus saves your soul.

Read (Acts 3:16) - Wow, this amazes me as I read what Peter has to say here. Our faith in the name of Jesus, is in reality, faith in Jesus Himself. Peter says, the man was made whole, perfectly whole, perfect soundness in his body was only produced when he placed his faith in the name of Jesus.

Let us examine this scripture, (Acts 3:6) - Now, John and Peter had heard Jesus when Jesus walked with them, that they would do greater things than what Jesus Himself did (John 14:12).

Peter says, I do not have any money with me, but what I have, I give to you. Peter knew what he had. He had the name of JESUS. Do you have it?????????? {Come on folks, 'Shout HALLELUIA'}.

(1 Timothy 6:15) Jesus is the King of all kings and Lord of all lords. Satan himself is a lord. But, Jesus is the Lord of lord's {Give a shout to Jesus} {Come on}. Listen to this guys, satan himself is a lord, but, Jesus is 'Lord' of all lord's. {Ha-Ha-Ha- Shout 'Glory to God'}.
